This is a beautiful large and very high quality 8 day Junghans bracket clock from the early 1900s and it rings out the sound of London's Westmister chimes every 15 minutes as well as striking the hour. The movement is original and has been completely overhauled and restored to great working condition. This makes the clock a real bargain because of the high cost of getting one overhauled & restored. The gorgeous case with its ornate silvered dial is a high quality mahoghany finish. This attractive cabinet serves as a very fine sound box for the set of chimes. There are two adjustment dials at the top of the face. One is to silence the chime and the other is the slow/fast speed adjuster. Key and pendulum are included. It measures 21.25 inches by 7.25 inches by 11.5 inches high.
