This stately looking Grecian style columns mantle clock was made in New England by the Waterbury Clock Co in the late 1800 or early 1900s. The movement is original and has been completely overhauled and restored to great working condition. The gorgeous case with its gleaming brass bezel has lovely ornate trim and feet. It strikes the hour on a melodious deep gong and the half hour on a large bell. Case looks to be made of a good quality birch and has been refinished at some point to show the natural wood. Original label remains in fair shape on back of case. Key and pendulum are included. It measures 17 inches by 8 inches by 11 inches high.
